PHOTOS: AWOLNATION in Providence, RI 06.22.18
Editor’s notes: Awolnation is a band probably best remembered for their monster single “Sail” which came out in 2011 and still finds a home on alternative radio today. But the electronic rock act, lead by frontman Aaron Bruno is so much more than that. This year they’ve released their third studio album, titled Here Come the Runts which dropped back in February. In the live setting, few bands can come close to producing the show that Awolnation does. On Friday night they were in Providence, RI at The Strand where Richard Knowles was there on behalf New England Sounds to capture the scene.
