Opera singer turned folk singer & New Jersey native Adam Melchor was in New England recently, on tour supporting Chelsea Cutler on her headlining tour and they came for a two night stay playing sold out shows at Roadrunner. He made his Boston debut during his first headlining tour in November of 2021.
The setlist was filled with a more relaxed atmosphere, Adam playing hits from his first album and spoke about making the song “Light Year”, with Lennon Stella. Throughout the set, Adam interacted easily with the crowd sharing stories of how he got drunk and texted his ex, and chipped his tooth. The stories along with the relatable songs had the crowds fully invested and singing his lyrics back to him.
Adam, along with Rosie who performed prior, had great sets that were able to warm up the crowd for when Chelsea Cutler came on later. It’s something so special to see an artist who you know is so talented and only a matter of time until he is back here headlining his tour again.
