PHOTOS: Bleachers, MisterWives in Middlebury, VT (08.20.22)
Editor’s Note: If we ever had anything to apologize for here at New England Sounds, it would be that Vermont doesn’t get enough love from us. Well that’s something we’re out to change before 2022 is over. Earlier this month Ciderstock, one of the Green Mountain State’s favorite events returned after an extended hiatus. The one day festival last held in 2018, takes place at the Woodchuck Cidery in Middlebury, VT. This year’s edition featured performances from indie-pop bands Bleachers, and MisterWives as well as local New England based acts. Both bands are in the middle of tours supporting their latest album. MisterWives’ third studio album, Superbloom, came out in 2020 while Bleachers’ most recent record, Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night, was released last July. Erin Crowley made the trip to Middlebury on behalf of New England Sounds to capture some visuals from the day. Have a look through her shots below.
