PHOTOS: Evanescence in Mansfield, MA (08.26.22)
Editor’s Note: A lot of traffic and a little thunder and lightning weren’t enough to stop rock giants Evanescence from putting on a thrilling set in Mansfield on Friday night. Though doors were delayed and opener Jeris Johnson had to be cut from the lineup due to time constraints, Evanescence were able to take the stage at their scheduled time much to the delight of the Xfinity Center crowd. The group are on the road supporting their 2021 album, The Bitter Truth, additionally earlier in the week their iconic 2003 hit “Bring Me to Life” hit the top of the iTunes charts, 19 years after it’s release.
