PHOTOS: The Slaps, Post Animal in Cambridge, MA (11.04.25)
Chicago-based indie trio The Slaps, who we told you about last week, played The Sinclair on Tuesday night alongside fellow Chicago band Post Animal. The band is promoting their new four-song EP, Mud Tracks, which is a follow up to Mudglimmer, their second full-length album that was released last year. Earlier today, they also released a new single, “Wettest Wing,” keeping their momentum rolling. Describing the new track, The Slaps say, “‘Wettest Wing’ is a song of perpetual build and release. It is taking a walk, it is making a fire with wet wood, it is blue, it is water tension. It is a very capable song.” Check out photos from this week’s show in Cambridge below.
