Last Friday night, BumbleBee Radio, the independent streaming radio station based in Massachusetts, hosted a celebration of its fifth anniversary with a Halloween-themed show. As we mentioned in our recent preview, BumbleBee is a 24/7 live streaming radio station that plays both classic and current alternative and indie rock, from internationally renowned artists like the Pixies and the B-52’s to local Boston acts like Friday’s final performer, The Peppermint Kicks. The show was a celebration of both local and national talent, with Los Angeles-based artist Beck Black joining the lineup. The best costumes of the night went to the lineup of Jennifer Tefft & The Strange, who came decked out for the occasion. With both the bands and attendees coming out in Halloween attire, the night was a massive success and a joy for those involved with BumbleBee Radio and the local Boston music scene. Check out photos from the night below.

Note: Smitt E. Smitty & the Fezztones also performed, but we were unfortunately unable to catch them due to a scheduling conflict. They are a hard-working and talented Boston band. Check them out – HERE.
