Ayer-based folk singer Brendan Daniel played a solo show in his hometown on Friday night. Before he started writing solo music, he was the harmonica player, vocalist, and co-songwriter for the band Town Meeting, along with his brothers Luke and Russ Condon. The band recently split up due to Russ Condon moving to Nashville, which was the final nail in the coffin for Brendan to start focusing seriously on solo music. He taught himself how to play harmonica as a young kid, growing up in an entire family of musicians, and is– subjectively– one of the best harmonica players in New England. He is currently on a mini-tour to promote his music. You can listen to him – HERE.
