Editor’s note: Fast rising hip hop artist Quinn XCII (that’s Quinn 92 for those who never learned their Roman numerals) was in Boston last Thursday night, where he played to a sold out crowd, the largest of his career. The atmosphere inside HOB was similar to how it is for acts just about to hit the big time, such as Halsey, The 1975, Twenty One Pilots or more recently Dua Lipa. The Boston show in fact, was originally scheduled to take place at Paradise Rock Club but had to be bumped up due to overwhemling demand for tickets. As Quinn XCII’s rabid fan base packed the Lansdowne St. venue and roared when he took the stage, we were there to capture the scene!
