PHOTOS: Cher, Nile Rodgers & Chic in Springfield, MA (04.30.19)
Editor’s note: It’s not too often we get to describe an artist with the words “global icon” but in this case it’s more than appropriate. Global icon and Goddess of Pop Cher made her way to Massachusetts this week for a pair of shows. On Sunday she tantalized the crowd at TD Garden in Boston, and on Tuesday night took her show out west to Springfield’s MassMutual Center. The Here We Go Again tour is Cher’s first since 2014 and this week’s trip to Mass marked only her second visit to the state in 16 years. New England Sounds’ Kelsey Lockhart was on hand for Tuesday’s show and you can see some of the stunning visuals from it below. Included are shots of Nile Rodgers & Chic who opened up the show.
