Editor’s note: In February 2020 legendary alt-rock out Stone Temple Pilots put out their eighth studio album and second with current vocalist Jeff Gutt on the mic. Perdida is described as “an acoustic record largely recorded on vintage instruments.” Their current tour however represents more of a look back into the early days of the STP catalog. At the band’s tour stop in Worcester they played seven songs from their legendary 1992 debut record Core which has since gone platinum eight times. Kelsey Lockhart was at the band’s Worcester date capturing images from their set as well as from opener Tyler Bryant & the Shakedown. Check out her work below.
