PHOTOS: Molchat Doma, Nuovo Testamento in Boston, MA (04.03.23)
Belarusian post-punk Molchat Doma visited the New England area for the second time earlier this month. After a sold out show last May at Royale, the trio returned in the first week of April to play the much larger Roadrunner for anyone who wasn’t able to get tickets for their first visit or wanted to catch them a second time. Despite just having formed in 2017, the group has already released three studio albums to date. The most recent of their three albums, Монумент (“Monument” in English) came out in November of 2020 and scored Molchat their first spot on US Charts as it landed at No.21 on the Heatseakers Chart. Cold-wave duo Nuovo Testamento opened up the show as well. Check out photos from both sets below.
