PHOTOS: The Academic in Cambridge, MA (05.09.23)
Editor’s note: Irish pop rock band The Academic made their most recent visit to the New England area earlier this month. The Murtagh brothers (Matthew and Steven) and their friends from secondary school Craig Fitzgerald and Dean Gavin are out in support of their sophomore studio album, Sitting Pretty. The LP went No. 1 in Ireland earlier this, just like their debut Tales from the Backseat did five years prior. The boys will return to New England this weekend for a pair of shows supporting former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson on his solo headline tour as it visits Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT and Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, NH. The Mohegan show is sold out, but limited tickets remain for Saturday’s show in New Hampshire. Check out some photos below from The Academic’s headline show in Cambridge.
