PHOTOS: Best Ex, Better Fires in Boston, MA (02.10.24)
On Friday we gave you the heads up about Best Ex’s first Boston performance since the *before times* via an interview the artist herself, if you missed that you can check it out – HERE. The highlights of that were that Best Ex is the moniker under which Mariel Loveland, formerly of the band Candy Hearts now records. After a few singles and an EP Loveland released the debut Best Ex album, With A Smile, in October and has yet to launch a full scale tour for the record but is currently testing the waters with one off shows here and there. Check out some images from Saturday’s show below, including local support act Better Fires.
