Pop rock duo The Driver Era (well documented personal favorites here at New England Sounds) were back in the area last week for a pair of New England shows in Connecticut and New Hampshire. Our last encounter with them was in August of 2022, a little more than a month before they released their third studio album Summer Mixtape. In the time since they’ve also released a pair of singles titled “Rumors” in 2023 and “Get Off My Phone” earlier this year. With their passionate fan base, the band played to sold out crowds at both New England shows, marked by noticeably long lines stretching around the venues prior to the shows. They treated their fans to 1 hr 30 minute sets at both shows, featuring songs from all three of their albums and the two recently release singles. Check out photos from the New Hampshire show below, including the tour’s support act, Colombian singer VALÉ.
