Editor’s note: Singer-songwriter and prominent YouTuber mxmtoon has witnessed her music career take off in a big way since the release of her sophomore studio album, appropriately titled Rising. It was just two years ago that she embarked on her first full North American tour, visiting Royale in Boston, MA along the way. This summer she got perhaps the biggest break of her young career when she scored a role as direct support on AJR’s arena tour. That tour recently brought mxmtoon back to the New England area for a TD Garden show. Aleiagh Hynds was on hand, on her first assignment for New England Sounds capturing some images from the performance.
