PHOTOS: Boy George, Squeeze in Uncasville, CT (09.15.24)
Editor’s note: English pop vocalist Boy George returned to New England earlier this month to play his first set of solo material in the region in nearly eight years. George has visited several times in the years in between, but always with his band Culture Club, whom he recorded with exclusively before launching a very successful solo career in the late eighties. Along with him was new wave luminaries Squeeze, both acts played sixteen song sets both on a Friday night in Boston and a Sunday night at Mohegan Sun. Mike Von Villas was on hand at the latter of the two dates, check out his photos below.
