PHOTOS: Balance and Composure, Kevin Devine & the Goddamn Band in Providence, RI (10.04.24)
On the release day of their first new album in eight years Balance and Composure found themselves in New England for their first show in the region since reuniting last year. In 2019 the band played a pair of shows at Boston’s Paradise Rock Club, shows that came just before their farewell hometown shows a few days later. With four out of five original members of the band back together, Balance got to work on their fourth studio album with you in spirit this year, working with longtime friend and producer Will Yip.During Friday’s show visible smiles were seen on the members’ faces as they seem truly happy to back together and back on the road. If you missed out on Friday’s show the band are scheduled to return to New England in February to headline Something in the Way Fest at Boston’s Roadrunner.
