Hey Rel shares new single “Off Your Lips”
Providence based artist Hey Rel shared their debut single, “Off Your Lips,” this morning. Hey Rel describes the song as “Inspired by a smear of hot-pink lipstick on a stranger’s mouth, “Off Your Lips” celebrates shaking off their insecurities and approaching someone at the gay bar.”
“Off Your Lips” is the lead single off Hey Rel’s upcoming EP, Big Try, due out March 7. “Off Your Lips” was recorded at Big Nice Studio, engineered by Chaimes Parker and mastered by Bradford Krieger. The song features Rel on guitar and vocals, Catherine Noa Ashley on bass, Chaimes Parker on drums, and Jane and Joel Hirschhorn on backing vocals. The lyric video was animated by Rel’s brother, Sam Hirschhorn.
