PHOTOS: Jon Pousette-Dart & Jim Chapdelaine in Fall River, MA (04.19.25)
New England soft rock stalwart Jon Pousette-Dart performed in Fall River, MA earlier this month, joining longtime friend and collaborator Jim Chapdelaine to perform as an acoustic duo. JPD originally formed the eponymous Pousette-Dart Band in 1973 with John Troy and John Curtis, the trio produced five releases for Capitol Records before disbanding in 1981. In the years since, Pousette-Dart has continued his career as a solo artist, putting out solo albums and performing local gigs throughout New England, performing dozens of shows a year. At the Fall River show, JPD performed a variety of material from his solo career, a number of Pousette-Dart Band songs, and a few covers of popular artists such as Cheap Trick and Little Feat.
