The Lowell Summer Concert Series continued last night, August 3rd, at Boarding House Park with Tennessee indie rock group Edgehill and Icelandic blues/rock group KALEO. The band, most famous for their song “Way down We Go,” began their new Mixed Emotions Tour in Lowell, MA on Sunday night. In celebration of their newest album of the same name, the band played a combination of their melodic original songs both old and new. Lead singer Jökull Júlíusson has a beautiful, captivating voice and presence on stage, his billowing voice echoing through the streets of Lowell. Tour openers, Edgehill, were having the time of their lives during their time on stage, smiling ear to ear as they played their dreamy rock music. Their lead singer Chris Kelly’s
voice was haunting as they played many new and even a few unreleased songs.
