Boston’s Gollylagging announce debut record Real Life, first single out now
Earlier today, Boston-based DIY indie rock band Gollylagging announced their debut record, Real Life, due out October 16 via Disposable America, available to pre-save now HERE. In addition to the album announcement, they’ve shared the latest single “Comet” with a music video featuring a barbecue and games with fellow DIY Boston musicians.
Speaking about the album, Jake Regulbuto (vocals, guitar) shares, “‘Real Life’ is about feeling dissatisfied with where you are in your life and trying to reach a place of acceptance with that. It confronts the feeling of being stuck in the same patterns with relationships and day to day problems while feeling powerless of changing.”
Gollylagging are scheduled to perform two New England area shows this month:
Aug. 22 – Milford, NH – Wildflower Festival @ Keyes Field Stage
Aug. 23 – Somerville, MA – Supporting Victoryland and Drook @ The Rockwell
