Country superstar Tyler Childers rolled into Mansfield, MA, for a sold-out Thursday night show at the 17,000 + capacity Xfinity Center. He’s touring in support of his latest studio album, Snipe Hunter, which came out back in July. Snipe Hunter debuted at No.7 on the Billboard 200, Childers’ highest charting record to date and third consecutive entry into the Top 10. He also recently added to an already strong New England fan base with a headline slot at last year’s Boston Calling Music Festival, closing out Saturday night and visiting Maine later that year. On Thursday, he played several cuts from Snipe Hunter, including “Eatin’ Big Time” and “Bitin’ List.” Childers was supported by Alaska-born artist Medium Build, who is still promoting his 2024 album Country.
