Arizona born singer-songwriter Even Honer played to a sold out crowd on Saturday, on one of Boston’s biggest party days of the year. On the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day, Honer brought the It’s A Long Road Tour to New England with a show at Boston’s Royale. Honer is touring in support of his third studio album Everything I Wanted. Originally released in 2025, Honer shared a deluxe version of the record with the world earlier this year. Honer’s set featured plenty of whimsy as he came out to an impromptu rendition of “I’m Shipping Up to Boston” and later in the set brought his dog Leroy out onstage, singing an ad-libbed version of “Big Bad Leroy Brown” about his dog. He also shared an unreleased track, “The Late Show,” with the crowd as the first song of his encore. Honer will return to New England later this year, playing Newport Folk Festival in July. Check out photos from Honer’s Saturday night show below, including some of support act Nicholas Jamerson.
