Editor’s note: Nashville-born singer-songwriter ERNEST was in New England last week on his Live From the South tour. After getting his start as a songwriter for artists such as Florida Georgia Line and Morgan Wallen in the late 2010’s, ERNEST signed a record deal with Big Loud in 2019 and began releasing original songs of his own. His 2022 single, “Flower Shops (ft. Morgan Wallen),” went double platinum and currently sits with over 360 million streams on Spotify alone. In May, ERNEST will release his new studio album, Deep Blue, via Big Loud. MJ Peters was at Thursday’s show, covering on behalf of New England Sounds. Check out her photos below.
