Editor’s note: Most bands who have a singer than spends nearly as much time in the crowd as on the stage are younger bands. Most bands are not The Jesus Lizard. On Friday night, the post-hardcore veterans made their return to New England with a stop at Boston’s Royale. A raucous show ensued made even crazier by the fact there was no barricade, leading to a night of frontman David Yow jumping in and out of the very sold-out crowd. Matt Lambert was on hand to capture the visuals from the show, check them out below along with a few snaps from opener All Souls.
