HOT GIG ALERT: Cory Wells joins Selfish Things and Yellowcard’s William Ryan Key in Brighton (3/3)

Cory Wells is a singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, California. Writing songs about heartbreak and personal relationships, Cory Wells is for fans of Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, Frank Turner, and more. He recently debuted a music video for his single, “Patience” just over a week ago. Talking about the song, Wells says: “Patience’ is a song I initially wrote a few years ago that was never really released. It’s about my experience with infidelity and the mental torment it caused to both parties involved. It is something almost everybody has to deal with at some time or other. It’s an issue that nobody should feel alone through. You are not alone.”

Wells signed to Pure Noise Records last year, following the release of his highly successful single, “End Of A Good Thing.” The video received over one million views on youtube and the track has brought in over one million streams on Spotify. With a style that channels early 2000 emo greats like Dashboard Confessional and The Early November, Wells writes songs that are earnest and vulnerable – as well as heartbreakingly beautiful.

Cory Wells plays Brighton Music Hall on Sunday, March 3rd at 7 pm, tickets for the show are $15 and are available HERE.
