PHOTOS: Wet Leg, Lowertown in Boston, MA (03.07.22)
Believe the hype, Wet Leg are the real deal. The Isle of Wight based duo have created quite the buzz since dropping their debut single “Chaise Lounge” last June. Their self-titled debut record doesn’t come out until April 8th of this year, but they already have already amassed a monstrous fan base. On Monday night they played to a sold out Paradise Rock Club for their first ever show in Boston, skipping the smaller club scene of rooms like Brighton Music Hall or The Sinclair. Paradise was as packed as it’s ever been by the time Wet Leg took the stage with nary an empty corner to be found. For their first trip to the region the pair made quite the statement that they are on the map to stay. Check out photos from the band’s set below, along with some snaps from support act Lowertown.
