Missouri born pop singer Chappell Roan has put herself on the map in a big way in 2023, delivering her debut LP The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess in September, it landed at No. 33 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart. The album’s first single “Pink Pony Club” currently sits at over 18 million streams on Spotify while Chappell herself has a total of 1.2 million monthly listeners. Her lone previous appearance in New England came in March when she visited the Sinclair prior to her album release. This time around though, she made the jump to the much larger House of Blues where a sold out crowd greeted her. In lieu of an opening band she invited three local Boston area drag queens to perform their routines for the crowd before her set. Check out some shots of Chappell’s show below.
