PHOTOS: Avenged Sevenfold in Uncasville, CT (03.21.24)
Editor’s Note: Last week heavy metal vets Avenged Sevenfold were back in New England for a pair of shows in New Hampshire and Connecticut. The group are on the road promoting their new studio album Life Is But A Dream… the group’s first new album in seven years which is the longest gap between albums of the band’s career. On the album are contributions from late drummer Jimmy ‘the Rev’ Sullivan who passed away in 2009. A reworked demo recorded before his death made the album, as well as a song with lyrical contributions from him as well. Last year they made the first New England appearance in nine years when they headlined Mansfield’s Xfinity Center. This time around they visited Mohegan Sun Arena and SNHU Arena.
