Have you ever been in a room where the energy was so positive you couldn’t help but smile? That was the case last night at the House of Blues, where Fitz and the Tantrums made a positive impact on their audience, as did supporting act SNACKTIME. The opening act out of Philly made a distinct point of letting the audience know they could let loose and have fun last night, and that they were safe to be whoever they are. The crowd was full of people of all ages, my personal favorite was seeing all the grandparent/grandchild duos. When Fitz and the Tantrums came on stage, they were clearly having tons of fun, not just lead singer Michael Fitzpatrick, but the whole six-person ensemble were dancing, and even smiling (while playing brass instruments). The night was full of love and positivity, which is something everyone needs right now. The group just put out their sixth studio album, Man on the Moon on July 25th.
