PHOTOS: The Maine in Boston, MA (12.08.23)
Editor’s note: As hard as it is to believe, The Maine have been a band for sixteen years and nine full albums. To close out 2023 they’ve embarked on The Sweet Sixteen Tour to celebrate the occasion. Given that they just visited Boston in July on the Sad Summer tour, any casual fan of The Maine probably didn’t expect to roll up to a sold out House of Blues in Boston on a frigid December night. But that’s how the 8123 fan base rolls, the same people at the shows in 2023 were at many shows over that sixteen year period. This year also saw the release of the band’s latest album, a self-titled effort that came out in August. Their live shows are always a party and this tour is no different, check out photos below from the sparkling set courtesy of Deirdre Kelly.
