NEWS: Boston Calling 2025 just dropped it’s Food Programming

As we clock in at under six weeks from this year’s incarnation, your needed sustance for the festival this year, besides music of course, just got announced! And 2025’s food schedule is not messing around. While mainstay classics are forever present in the form of Tasty Burger and The Sausage Guy, as well as some great hand-helds, you may have a beer in your other hand with a taco from NacoTaco to pair it with, there are many newcomers this year.

Lucky for you, you can find a full breakdown of who will be onsite at this year’s festival! And where they’ll be able to be found! While most food vendors, if it’s the same way it’s been in the past, will be Stage Left of the new combo Red/Green stage, it’s just a short skip and a jump over to the Door Dash Food Village, which will be making its return this year. In the past, it was a clutch area with plenty of picnic tables to dine on some not-so-typical festival foods. Spots with tents in this area include offerings from places like El Jefe’s Taqueria, Sally’s APizza, and a spot up my alley with Dumpling Daughter

While food menus haven’t been fully released for each outpost at this year’s festival, I’ve been peeping some menus that I’m unfamiliar with, and honestly, who wouldn’t want or expect something like a porchetta sandwich or fried Brussels sprouts with a red wine reduction ala newcomer Pennypacker’s? It’s giving Coachella VIP without the hefty price tag, even if those aren’t the exact offerings you’ll see day of, it’s a good indication of what you may be able to be noshing on at this year’s festival.

I strongly suggest making a loop of your potential options in the early hours or so of the festival before the music kicks off, but would 10/10 recommend from personal experience picking up a selection of perogies from Jaju’s perogies, as I’ve spoken about before. While maybe it’s a bit daring for the summer heat we may be experiencing, to be honest, there always seems to be one cooler day in there, the Sushi Nachos are always something raved about. But in previous incarnations of the festival, as we get closer, the set times that are sure to be around the corner, you’ve been able to search in the app for specific cravings that you may be having.

You can find more information on this year’s Boston Calling food offerings here! You can also search for your dietary restrictions, where each food stand will be holding down, and specific cuisines. As we get closer to the festival, I’ll continue to post about new developments with the festival, so definitely keep in touch!
