PHOTOS: Soft Play in Cambridge, MA (04.26.25)
English post-punk duo Soft Play, formerly known as Slaves, put out their first album under the Soft Play moniker last July. The subsequent tour for said album brought the pair to New England for the first time in seven years. The record, called Heavy Jelly, debuted at No. 3 on the UK album charts. Right before the US tour they also released a deluxe version of the album. During their recent show in Cambridge, MA they put on a chaotic show that saw each member spend a little time in crowd, encouraging the mosh pits, and even invited two fans on stage to do the worm during their song “Worms on the Tarmac.” Look through some images from the raucous show put on in Cambridge below.
