Editor’s note: When it comes to Pink Floyd tribute bands there are two set the standard. The Australian Pink Floyd Show and Brit Floyd. The latter of the two was started by former Australian Pink Floyd Show member Damian Darlington who felt that he could raise the bar in terms of technical execution. While Australian Pink Floyd Show tend to play a more theatrical show and embrace their own interpretations of the music, Brit Floyd aims to be more technically accurate, with note-for-note accuracy staying true to the original Pink Floyd recordings. Recently, Brit Floyd was in New England for a handful of shows in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
