Right around the corner from Berklee College of Music where he honed his craft, multi-platinum artist Bryce Vine returned to his old stomping grounds for a high-energy show at Brighton Music Hall on March 6th. Serving up a medley of R&B, rap, hip-hop, and punk rock, the Los Angeles-based artist reminded Boston exactly why he’s impossible to pin down. Fan favorites like “Drew Barrymore” and “Sour Patch Kids” hit with nostalgic force, while his newer, punk-influenced material brought a sharper edge to the intimate venue. With a setlist that perfectly balanced memory and momentum, Bryce Vine commanded the room with raw, unfiltered energy, and the crowd fed off every word. Boston witnessed an artist fully in his element, and we can’t wait to see what comes next.
